We interviewed a several realtors as part of our due diligence, but the moment we met Jack Cote, we knew we had found the right fit. We signed with him that same day, and it was one of the best decisions we made. Jack sold our home in just two days—and for over asking. From start to finish, he went above and beyond. Without us asking, he surprised us by dropping off 40 boxes, tape, and bubble wrap on our front porch that very night. We have to give a to of the credit to Jack’s top flight photography and drone team. They were outstanding and very instrumental in getting the number of eyeballs on our listing. We truly could not have asked for a better experience especially during such a stressful time for us. Jack made the whole process feel seamless, and we are incredibly grateful for his dedication and professionalism. We highly recommend Jack and feel blessed to have found him.Glenn & Vikki Boyd-Fieldcreek, Reno NV

I cannot say enough great things about Kristi. She is a total professional, and will also offer a calming presence throughout the entire process. Buying my first home meant a lot of anxiety from me. I had so many questions. Fear had kept me from taking the homeowner journey for a long time. Kristi was so patient and a counselor to me the whole way. She balances human touch with skill in the real estate game. She very knowledgeable and will answer any question promptly. She navigates all the difficult terrain of buying a home. She will go to bat, when you need a tough negotiator. What truly sets Kristi apart is her genuine kindness and integrity. She does what she says. She cares about her clients. She will help you to the correct decision. She will earn your trust and stay steady until your dream is realized. You just need to show up with a wish list, and she will lead you there OR if you are firm and know what you want- she will find it. I know I would still be renting and only dreaming of a place of my own, if not for Kristi. I am so grateful I took the homeowner journey and that Kristi was at the wheel. The whole process was so quick and easy; all I had to do was show up, sign, and move in. I had attempted to rent just prior to buying and truly, my transaction with Kristi was so much easier, less heavy lifting and the reward is so much greater. I am so happy with my purchase. Kristi is everything you are looking for in a real estate professional. Look no further if you are having any apprehension. Look no further if you know exactly what you want. Kristi has earned my business and referral for life. Because thanks her, I may want to do this again!

We do not have enough superlatives to describe the service that we received from Daniel. We live in England and appointed him to sell our Florida home during a five weeks’ visit, fully expecting to be returning for closing some time later. Not so! By the time that we were back in the UK, the house had been sold and all the paperwork had been completed. Daniel guided us through and kept us fully informed of every step throughout the process. This was personal service above and beyond and we would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking to buy or sell in Central Florida.
