Steve was so patient with me. He was amazing! Knowledgeable and professional and he had a great sense of humor. Steve was with me throughout the entire process which is true customer service!

As a first-time home buyer, Steve made the process extremely easy for me. He took the time to explain real estate terms and forms that I was unfamiliar with. Because Steve explained everything so well, I was comfortable working with the loan officer, salesperson, and notary agent. He works very efficiently, in fact, the day I contacted Steve was the day I toured the house and decided it was THE one. That morning I told him the properties I was interested in and he immediately got in touch with the salesperson to inquire about the incentives they were offering at the moment. A few hours later, we visited the property and Steve went through the different floor plans with me. He pointed out special features and how the layout could affect the interior design. This essentially helped me decide on my home. When I was out-of-state for work, Steve did my walk-through orientation with my friend and he did a very thorough inspection of my home. I really appreciate the effort Steve puts into his work. I felt comfortable asking him questions and he really helped ease the stress of buying a home!
