Escrow closed on time, my desired renovations were completed on time (thanks to the contractor Kaylin introduced me to), and after two months here, I LOVE my new home. We loved our experience with Dawn. With a HOT market, she suggested and toured the homes that fit our criteria, and did her best to secure contract on a home, but we were beat out, not Dawn's fault. Then a property came on market that worked for us temporarily, she was VERY prompt submitting our offer and we were successful. In todays market, that is what you need, someone who is available and willing. We will use Dawn again to find our "forever" property when it pops up.
