Local Knowledge, No Pressure Approach

We loved our experience with Dawn. With a HOT market, she suggested and toured the homes that fit our criteria, and did her best to secure contract on a home, but we were beat out, not Dawn's fault. Then a property came on market that worked for us temporarily, she was VERY prompt submitting our offer and we were successful. In todays market, that is what you need, someone who is available and willing. We will use Dawn again to find our "forever" property when it pops up. No need to shop for another agent, she was perfect in every way.
