You can't go wrong with Erica Macias!

We made the perfect choice choosing Erica as our agent for the sale of our rental property. The sale was not an easy one as the tenant in the property played every card to delay the inevitable eviction for damage her cats made. Erica hung in there with us every step of the way even appearing in front of the judge with me and property manager verifying the violations. When we had an offer for property she promptly emailed documents to us while we were in Europe visiting my son. She never missed a step in the process. She adapts quickly to situations and calmly and professionally presses on. She also is a down to earth person that listens. She was honest about what to expect in pricing by doing her homework. You can't go wrong with this agent!!

Jeanne has the best Realtor skills that I have ever experienced. She kept me very well informed on

Jeanne has the best realtor skills in the LV market. She did a lot of research for me and kept me very well informed on a daily basis. She put in a lot of hours which I have never, ever experienced from other realtors. That included updating me with information about my property and issues that had to be addressed. The only thing that I did not like was her recommending a friend of hers from San Diego to get me a loan for a new house purchase. I was not going to call him, but he called me frequently and kept changing the rules to the point of making a huge profit. I dumped him and went to another lender.

She is the best of the best. Made it so easy.

Jeanne Smith is a professional, works hard, gives her all to selling houses. Jeanne from the moment we decided to sell our home Jeanne was on it, and worked to get fliers out, having open houses, selling our house in four days. Keeping us informed of every detail. Never dragging her feet on this house. We can’t thank Jeanne enough for all her hard work through the seller this house. We recommend her strongly.
