You can't go wrong with Erica Macias!

We made the perfect choice choosing Erica as our agent for the sale of our rental property. The sale was not an easy one as the tenant in the property played every card to delay the inevitable eviction for damage her cats made. Erica hung in there with us every step of the way even appearing in front of the judge with me and property manager verifying the violations. When we had an offer for property she promptly emailed documents to us while we were in Europe visiting my son. She never missed a step in the process. She adapts quickly to situations and calmly and professionally presses on. She also is a down to earth person that listens. She was honest about what to expect in pricing by doing her homework. You can't go wrong with this agent!!
