We decided to sell our house of 8 years on a whim mostly because we needed a change. We were seriously nervous and unsure but we knew we were in good hands from the start after meeting with realtor, Julie Vernetti. She guided us through every step from our first thoughts of selling through the final sale. Her thorough knowledge of the process and calm, confident approach to the myriad of details - including repairs, disclosures, staging, and pricing - made the experience exciting but never overwhelming for us. Her professionalism, market and sales knowledge landed us an offer only after 2 short months. And we were especially happy when we received asking price!! We highly recommend Julie. She is an excellent realtor & we will always rely on her for our real estate needs! Thank you, Julie!!
