I can honestly say that if it weren't for Roy, I'd probably still be in escrow with another buyer. On two occasions the deal almost fell apart with one instance of me being upset at the buyer and vice versa, up to the day before closing. Roy was able to jump into action and negotiate with both sides to come to a reasonable solution that kept the deal together and closed on time. As far as him being an agent leading up to the close, Roy's knowledge of the local market is unmatched and he was able to help guide me on what renovations to focus on and which were, ultimately, a waste of time. Thanks to this guidance I was able to focus on high-value renovations and maximize my return on investment. In the end we had multiple offers, with the house ultimately selling for $36k over the "Zestimate", $10k over appraisal and 32%/sq. ft higher than the comps in the area. This was my first time ever selling a house, and on multiple occasions Roy was able to calm me down, and walk me through the process and future expectations so that I wasn't surprised at any point in time.

It was not our first time working with CalNevRealty and again they did great! We are pretty picky buyers and when we started looking we had no idea what we wanted. They hung with us and showed us alot of homes. When we found one we liked they did a great job making every attempt to get us the house. With the market they was it is that took several offers but they made sure they we submitted and reviewed immediately. In the end we got our dream entertaining house for us and our dogs! The sale of our house did not ge as smoothly but that was too no fault of CalNevRealty. The buyer drug thier feet missing deadline after deadline. But in the end CalNevRealty made sure it close nearly on time! Great job and communication all the way around!
