Property needed a lot of work to get ready for a standard sale and Chantal was able to help with getting me help cleaning up the property and repairing everything that needed repair. Chantal was able to get help with removing all of the items from the property, getting quotes from plumber, electricians, roofer's, waste disposal and lot cleanup on 2 1/2 acres. Chantal saved me a lot of trips in acquiring the quotes for work to be done and help me select the right people.
