Got connected to Brandi and she ran with my request like there was no time to me wasted. I was an out of state buyer sight unseen client. Between working with my financial team, the builder, the multiple representatives for the builder, and my time line to move out to AZ, she held it together. Were there some rough patches, yes. She stood ground on many things and also toned me down a few times. Things got done, people were happy, papers were signed, and a new build house was moved into.
