I listed my condo with Brandi to sell and the market got so slow, nothing was moving as it had before. Brandi kept me informed of everything and when we did get an offer it was a low one, she thought we could do better and she was right! 2 days later an offer came in at asking price. During inspections some repairs were noted and as I was working out of state Brandi found and managed a contractor to have what could be corrected done. She worked hard getting everything lined up to make the transition smooth for both myself and the buyer. I highly recommend Brandi and wish I could use her for my next home purchase

Got connected to Brandi and she ran with my request like there was no time to me wasted. I was an out of state buyer sight unseen client. She understood and was helpful in every way possible within reason. It's not like I expected her to devote all her time to my cause, but she certainly came close to doing so. Between working with my financial team, the builder, the multiple representatives for the builder, and my time line to move out to AZ, she held it together. Were there some rough patches, yes. If you expect a home buying process to be glitch free, you will be setting yourself up for failure. She went above and beyond after my arrival to town. She stood ground on many things and also toned me down a few times. Things got done, people were happy, papers were signed, and a new build house was moved into. I have respect for her and the job she did on my behalf and I would not hesitate to call on her again.

She really knows the business. The whole experience around her you get a family feel and she's looking out for your best interest.

She knows the area very well. She knew the good neighborhood from the not so good. She also knew if the prices were too high or below the Market rate. I appreciated her knowledge.
