Selling your house and moving across the country is quite an ordeal. Stressful, busy, exhausting. Thankfully, Delinda, along with her team, were always available to aide and abet (haha) and help navigate the up and down (and sometimes very fast paced) process of offers, agreements, addendums, and such. From our very first meeting I was impressed with Delinda's professionalism, warmth, friendliness, and genuine interest in procuring the best deal to meet our expectations. In our initial interview we learned what Delinda and team would provide, and she learned what we decided was top priority. At our second meeting, Delilnda found an agent for us in Tennessee (who also turned out to be a gem). In the past, I've been successful selling my own homes but, between new technologies and the possibility of scammers on such a large investment, I felt much safer with an agent this time around and it sure was a good decision. There were a few snags along the way that her team resolved quickly (For instance, our mortgage was paid in full but our bank never recorded it! Ouch!) and for that I'm extremely thankful! There were meaningful gifts along the way, she even brough new packing boxes for us; a very thoughtful action, but I most appreciated getting near instant feedback from Delinda after every showing. She was always on top of it! On the flip side, I have to point out my disappointment with the photographer used for my listing. After several failed photo shop attempts, I finally gave up and gave in. I was never happy with the photos. I wish I had insisted on a second photo shoot. That aside, what was MOST important. When my original offer was falling through, Delinda was checking back with agents whose clients had previously expressed interest, and she literally found my buyer, even though she was my selling agent! She made it happen and all of us involved couldn't be happier! Delinda and team get my recommendation. You get my wishes for a successful sale/purchase.
