Born in Tokyo, Japan during his father’s 23 years of service in the U.S. Air Force, Dale developed a deep understanding of discipline, commitment, and service-based values early in life. He later moved to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, where he built a strong foundation in customer service, communication, and attention to detail while working in the hospitality industry. This experience shaped his ability to connect with clients, anticipate their needs, and provide a seamless, high-level service experience.
In 2010, Dale founded his own real estate company, rapidly scaling it into a successful operation with over 500 property management accounts, 28 real estate agents, and a full professional staff within just a few years. His expertise in real estate investing, rental properties, and asset management makes him a valuable resource for clients looking to build long-term wealth through real estate.
Today, Dale proudly leads RE/MAX Legacy as Broker/Owner, working alongside his son Kalib Jones. Together, they have built a family-driven business centered on integrity, professionalism, and personalized service.
