Moving from Denver to Las Vegas was a massive transition, but finding Dale on YouTube was the best thing that could have happened to us. After watching his thorough video walkthroughs of new homes, we knew he was the right agent to help us navigate the local market. Working with Dale was an absolute breeze. He is incredibly easy to work with and maintained excellent, clear communication throughout the entire process, which was crucial since we were relocating from out of state. What we appreciated most was his zero-pressure approach—he genuinely wanted us to find the right fit for our needs. When it came time for the final walkthrough of our new home, his eye for detail was a huge help. We couldn't be happier with our experience and highly recommend Dale to anyone looking for a seamless, professional home-buying journey!
