This was our first time selling a home and we didn't know what to do or what to expect. Their knowledge of the market and where to start the pricing of our house played a big role in getting us off on the right track. They were able to negotiate effectively on our behalf to get us the exact offer were looking for. There were a few hiccups along the way (out of our control), and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. David explained how buying in the Vegas market would be and what to expect every step of the way. He was patient and worked with us for over 4 months to take us to the different areas and provided full details for each area we visited. Once we identified the property we wanted David went to the sellers and negotiated for us to get the best price and terms. He pointed out many things that we did not consider like certain areas to stay away from, why there are HOA fees, and landlord/tenant pitfalls to be aware of. Most importantly David was honest with us and looked out for our best interest.
