Audrey was always very quick to reply to any of my questions as well as to communicate with the seller's agent and the lender. She really did ALL the legwork. They listened closely to what I was looking for and found me the perfect house. Teresa walked me through the buying process in great detail. She was very easy to connect with and always available. I felt like I was her only client. After the home was purchased I needed to remodel it from top to bottom. She and her team had a list of very capable tradesmen who I hired to complete the work. They all performed above my expectations. I am so glad I relied on Teresa for these recommendations. I had no idea a real estate agent would do this. There are too many examples of her going above and beyond what I ever expected and agent to do. She treated me like family. This is one of the best customer service experiences I have every had and I'm 71 years old. What a gift she is. My hat is off to you with much appreciation.
