Bryan and Fadra did an excellent job in preparing, listing and getting the home sold. Bryan leveraged his experience and knowledge of the area and recommended a listing price that matched the home/area and our expectations. The house was only on the market for around 48 hours when we received an offer for $5K over our asking price. Bryan is very responsive and stayed on top of every detail. I was in the market for a rental in a particular area and price range. With the time constraints Ginger was very available and used all resources to find what I was looking for. Ginger exceeded my expectations as this was my first time ever using an agent, due to the bad stories I've heard, but I will definitely use Ginger for my home purchase in the future.
