Susie defines what a professional realtor should be. Competent, excellent communications, and on top of things. We actually had a big hiccup occur as we were closing and had it not been for her experience and creativity the deal would have fallen through. Couldn’t image a better person to work with.

Susie has a lot of market knowledge. She knows how to play the negotiation game and is resourceful in preparing for getting your house sold. She was an outstanding partner and made sure we were comfortable with all the choices. She navigated us through challenges and made the home selling process as easy as possible. I would definitely recommend Susie to work with. She is just outstanding!

Susie is great! I have sold four houses during my life in Las Vegas and each time has been an "experience." The sale with Susie was a pleasure. She knows the industry and made the process easy and fairly trouble free for both me as seller and, I believe, the buyer. I found her advice along the way to be thoughtful and extremely spot-on. I highly recommend Susie Bigelow if you are considering buying or selling a home!
