an excellent agent
Ritchie has done a great job selling my house. He sold the house fast, got several offers within two days and sold for more than the asking price. He knows how to bring in multiple offers. He was always available to answer our questions, and quickly replied to texts and phone calls. For an out of state client like me, he went beyond his expected responsibilities and was more than helpful. He is trustworthy, an excellent agent and I would highly recommend him to anyone selling or buying a house or property in the Las Vegas area.
