Bryan and Fadra did an excellent job in preparing, listing and getting the home sold. Bryan leveraged his experience and knowledge of the area and recommended a listing price that matched the home/area and our expectations. The house was only on the market for around 48 hours when we received an offer for $5K over our asking price. Bryan is very responsive and stayed on top of every detail. All in all, it was a very smooth and painless process, especially given that we now live out of state. Thanks Team Kyle!
