Huey has all the answers to our questions. He is very knowledgeable on his field. He communicates with us promptly and clearly everything we need to know and remember. Most of all, he is fair and decent in dealing all the transactions with his clients. Huey has the will to make things happen and they do happen! He is the guy you want to work with in selling and buying your properties. He does not complain. He is very light to work with. He is the BEST!!!

I had to move back to Las Vegas quickly due to personal reasons and I needed to rent a home immediately. I had been in contact with two previous leasing agents; one that didn’t even show up for our appointment and the other that kept showing me houses that did not meet the criteria that I specifically laid out. Then, I happened upon the perfect home on a Zillow advertisement and Huey was the point of contact. Unfortunately, that home was already taken but Huey assured me he could help me find what I was looking for and get me in a home fast. From our first conversation, I knew I finally had someone I could trust. Huey sent me a MLS with homes that fit what I was looking for within an hour and I even chose a few more from Zillow. He invited me into his home and helped me narrow down the list based on my preferences and his extensive knowledge of the Las Vegas market. We found the perfect place and Huey arranged an interview with the property manager to expedite the process. I signed the lease and moved in three days later. Since then Huey has followed up with me on several occasions to see if I needed anything or had any questions about the area. I consider Huey a friend and a neighbor.
