I have had Alain help me purchase in 2012 and sell a home in 2020. He is by far one of the best Realtors in Nevada. He is very professional and caring in making sure decisions being made are with my best interest in mind as a client. And with his expertise, I’m not left in the dark about the processes. He is friendly and goes out of his way, above and beyond to make sure that I am taken care of. I appreciate his integrity and you will too.

Ben is amazing, he helped us every step of the way with selling our home and even got us above asking price. He is very professional and truly does have what it takes to be a great Realtor. I could not have asked for anything more.

Alan Richman is a great realtor. I live in New Jersey so I wasn’t in Las Vegas to take care of the details of the sale. He is a true professional. He knew what to do to make it marketable. He hired people to fix the property before it went on the market and after the final inspection. All I had to do was write the checks. He treated my property as his own. He kept me informed about the traffic thru the house and about comparable sales and listings. I highly recommend him.
