Alan Richman is a great realtor. I live in New Jersey so I wasn’t in Las Vegas to take care of the details of the sale. He is a true professional. He knew what to do to make it marketable. He hired people to fix the property before it went on the market and after the final inspection. All I had to do was write the checks. He treated my property as his own. He kept me informed about the traffic thru the house and about comparable sales and listings. I highly recommend him.

We have used Alan twice. Once to buy a house and when it came time to sell we called on him again. The big thing I can say about Alan is that he has got your back. He’s all over social media and other modes of advertising. I’d recommend him. He will get it done. For example, we had to move a thousand miles away before our house sold. It sold in three days by the way. And Alan took care of everything for us, which was a lot of hassle. He got the place cleaned and set up really nice. Had it listed and BOOM. Sold super fast. Take his advice.

This guy is on it!!! High energy, helpful, and knowledgeable. Always available quickly. Asks all the questions we didn't think of and saw us through till the end. He has your back all the way and will fight for you to get a deal. Saved us a ton of money and got us the house we wanted.
