Alan Richman is a great realtor. I live in New Jersey so I wasn’t in Las Vegas to take care of the details of the sale. He is a true professional. He knew what to do to make it marketable. He hired people to fix the property before it went on the market and after the final inspection. All I had to do was write the checks. He treated my property as his own.
