Alan Richman is a great realtor. I live in New Jersey so I wasn’t in Las Vegas to take care of the details of the sale. He is a true professional. He knew what to do to make it marketable. He hired people to fix the property before it went on the market and after the final inspection. All I had to do was write the checks. He treated my property as his own. He kept me informed about the traffic thru the house and about comparable sales and listings. I highly recommend him.

Working with Michelle was an absolute pleasure, i couldn’t have asked for a better match .. looking for a home during the onset of the holidays is stressful enough, however Michelle guided me through the whole process with confidence, ease, and patience and clarity. Her negotiating skills are amazing her expertise and knowledge of the market in light of understanding my budget she calmed my fears and celebrated my step by step successes, she is warm kind attentive and always responded when I needed her and didn’t make it awkward at anytime.. Thank you Michelle , You are much appreciated !!!

I have worked with Saul since 2019 to find the perfect home and Saul assisted me through every step of the process. Saul always kept my best interests in mind when recommending homes to me and negotiated the perfect purchase offer to the sellers. Saul was very knowledgeable and kept me informed in every step of the process. Although my journey to buying was long, Saul always made sure to keep in frequent contact with me to provide support and answer additional questions. Thank you Saul!! I would recommend him to everyone, especially first time home buyers like myself.
