The timing and amounts of sales vs purchase had to be done with pinpoint accuracy in order to qualify, and Wendy was expert at getting it done. Simply AMAZING! When a rental I was selling was left in a shambles, leaving me in a panic, Wendy literally put her gloves on and dug right in with me cleaning the place and coordinating a landscaper, a painter and door repairs for me when I couldn't think to step 2. The pictures that where taking by her photographer where amazing and she had flyers made for people that drove by to look at my house and she was never to busy to answer a question .
