I cannot say enough about how amazing Wendy Schaller is as a real estate agent. She stops at nothing - and I mean NOTHING - to represent her buyers/sellers with the highest standards, deepest empathy and superior professionalism. I recently had Wendy represent me as both a seller of 3 properties (2 of them investment properties) and a buyer of a new investment property. She was the one who told me about a unique way to save tens of thousands of dollars in taxes legally using an IRS program. The timing and amounts of sales vs purchase had to be done with pinpoint accuracy in order to qualify, and Wendy was expert at getting it done. Simply AMAZING! When a rental I was selling was left in a shambles, leaving me in a panic, Wendy literally put her gloves on and dug right in with me cleaning the place and coordinating a landscaper, a painter and door repairs for me when I couldn't think to step 2. THAT'S the superb agent Wendy is! She got me list price on that rental using her amazing market knowledge and negotiating skills right as the market was in a slump. I was absolutely blown away! I honestly cannot use enough positive adjectives to describe Wendy except to say, If you are not using Wendy to buy and sell your real estate, you are honestly missing out on the best agent the real estate industry offers. She cares as much about you and your situation as she does in getting it right. Absolutely 100% hire Wendy! You will not regret that decision.

My experience with Wendy was awesome. She is easy to talk to and explained everything about selling my home. She marketed my house to sell. The pictures that where taking by her photographer where amazing and she had flyers made for people that drove by to look at my house and she was never to busy to answer a question .

Wendy was remarkable I was very nervous about buying my first home by myself that's a single mom She answered every single question Even at 2:00 in the morning when I couldn't sleep. She would literally hold my hand and tell me everything was going to be okay. She made it easy painless and got me the best people to work with me I am very grateful. Thank you you are amazing.

We are so grateful to have had such an amazing realtor Merry and her team by our side while buying our first home! From the very beginning, she and Jody patient, knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to answer all of our questions. They made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. We truly felt like we were more than just clients—we felt cared for and supported throughout the entire journey. Buying our first home was such a special milestone for our family, and we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to help make our dream of homeownership come true. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you guys so much for everything!💖🏡

Merri and Jodi helped me secure top dollar for my home and made the entire process feel like a breeze. I would 100% hire Merri again and recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

This is now my second home purchase with Merri and Jodi, and I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else with such an important decision. While Merri is my mom, I'm writing this based on the results they consistently deliver. They treat every transaction like it's their own and fight for every dollar possible. On my first home, they negotiated over $150,000 in savings. On this purchase, they helped negotiate approximately $77,000 in seller credits, secured around $120,000 in builder upgrades, and ultimately saved me well over $100,000 throughout the process. Their knowledge, strategy, and negotiation skills are second to none. Beyond the financial savings, their communication was outstanding from start to finish. Jodi was incredibly organized, responsive, and made sure every detail was handled, while Merri was always advocating for my best interests and making sure we got the best deal possible. They made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless. Whether you're buying your first home or your fifth, I can't recommend Merri and Jodi enough. They've earned my trust twice now, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to my family, friends, or anyone looking for the best representation possible
