Joel helped me sell my first home. I thought it would be more difficult given the market, but he made it feel seamless. He kept it simple when it came to explanation of requirements. He was transparent every step of the way and very realistic in his approach. He didn’t oversell me on how much I would make on my home, but he also knew the emotion behind us selling our first home. He was gentle and considerate at the fact that we were moving cross country with pets so he kept us updated throughout the whole process. I am extremely satisfied with his efforts and would absolutely recommend him as your agent. He is a family man that works with integrity and will take care of you as if you were family. I couldn’t thank him enough!

Let’s start this off by saying, Joel is amazing!!! Probably one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. I’ve never felt like I was doing this alone when I had Joel running the show selling my home. He conducted multiple open houses, put my listing up on multiple realtor sites, reached out to many potential buyers via social media and got us the deal that we were looking for in the long run. Joel always makes sure to check in on you and will never do anything that you are uncomfortable with. Things will get stressful, that is no lie, but Joel will make sure to have your back through it all!!
