Once I decided to sell my house I called Kyle Cunningham. I knew when the time came I would use him because he had helped both my daughter and granddaughter buy their houses. He had also shown my grandson several houses. I was impressed with how he had worked with them. He and his team came to my house the next day and sat with me and explained the process and what steps they would use. I loved that I didn't have to deal with people. He responded promptly to my calls and texts. I was very nervous because it was the home my parents built and I had lived in for over 20yrs.
