I was very happy working with Deidre. From day one she managed the process of selling an inherited condo with ease for me. We met briefly in person before I returned to California. She assisted coordinating painters/ repair people for me since I was from out of state. I believe the condo was priced well. It likely would have been sold sooner had I not listed during the holidays. I thought to move the condo I may need to buy all new appliances or replace bathroom flooring but she assured me there was no need to put money into the property when it would sell without it.

Daniel overall did a good job, One comment is he needs to focus not only on the good but the bad too. The reality of what you are looking at, the home you could potentially end up with. Unfortunately we could not see the homes in person, so this was a negative for us. So there was a strong emphasis on the good and the bad was over looked. We ended up with a home with a car that is parked about 15 feet in front of our living room window. This would be ok as the driveway is there, but the car is dirty and has been sitting there for quite some time with no indication it will be moved soon. and another home again, the negative was over looked and the good things emphasized, But the whole transaction the process was handled well.
