John generously made trips to the house, e.g. to put away the personal items that would be a distraction in effectively marketing the home to prospective buyers. We received regular marketing updates, with executive summaries and specific measurable data points and performance metrics should we want to dive deeper. Leslie, John and her team always treated the home as if it was their only listing, which of course it definitely was not! After the offer to purchase, Leslie skillfully and pragmatically communicated the issues that are inevitable in the close of escrow on any sale.
