I was referred to Randi through a mutual friend when I wanted to rent out my condo. Randi was on top of it from day one. (Also knew when someone was trying to pull a fast one ;) ). Always keeping me up to date on potential renters, answered any of my concerns and always returned phone calls and e-mails. If repairs were needed she handled everything. I had the best tenants for over 8 years with Randi as the managing agent. I thanked her for that. Randi was also the selling agent when I recently sold my condo and I can't be more thankful to her. She's always professional, on time and gets the job done while always in contact with me. I would definitely use her again!!!

Once I decided to sell my house I called Kyle Cunningham. I knew when the time came I would use him because he had helped both my daughter and granddaughter buy their houses. He had also shown my grandson several houses. I was impressed with how he had worked with them. He and his team came to my house the next day and sat with me and explained the process and what steps they would use. I loved that I didn't have to deal with people. He responded promptly to my calls and texts. I was very nervous because it was the home my parents built and I had lived in for over 20yrs. The house sold quickly and I was very relaxed and comfortable during process.
