I was referred to Randi through a mutual friend when I wanted to rent out my condo. Randi was on top of it from day one. (Also knew when someone was trying to pull a fast one ;) ). Always keeping me up to date on potential renters, answered any of my concerns and always returned phone calls and e-mails. If repairs were needed she handled everything. I had the best tenants for over 8 years with Randi as the managing agent. I thanked her for that. Randi was also the selling agent when I recently sold my condo and I can't be more thankful to her.
