This was a challenging sale and I'm glad I had Brian to help guide me trough rough waters. He stayed perseistant and found the right buyer. His knowledge of how to handle VA assumptions should have been beneficial if only other Omaha realtors were as professional. Truly the lack of professionalism with other realtors is shameful. As someone who absolutely did not want to move, I feel uniquely qualified to review my husband as a realtor. Turns out, I can't even miss our old house as he found a home for our family, right across the street from my sister :) I cannot argue with the results or the care Brian brings to every client (yes, even with me). Lee is extremely knowledgable when it comes to selling real estate. His attention to details. He was always representing me as the Seller and being empathetic to how hard it is to sell your home when you still are living in it. His negotiation skills to complete the sale are awesome!
