Kirk was able to find us a townhome within a couple miles of Creighton and Nebraska Medical School/Hospital. The income potential is outstanding and location is in a very safe area. Kirk was able to negotiate the price 30k less than asking and was the lowest price per square foot in the past several years. Kirk communication skills and ability to find what I wanted was outstanding. I am continuing working with Kirk to find other rental properties in the Omaha area.
