Joyce was so great, and right off the bat with her clear market analysis and subsequent pricing of the house, which was spot-on. She helped navigate the process through some roadblocks that were out of our control, and reacted very well when a buyer requested to back out. Hi there, my partner and I were first time home buyers and we didn’t have a clue of what we were doing. Starting in Feb 2025, we knew that we needed more livable space as we had family of 6 from out of state who wanted to come visit us regularly. We had a small 2 bedroom apartment. From that point we knew we needed to move. We started out searching for bigger apartments or anything that would work as we thought because of our low credit scores, that’s what we were limited to. Out of the blue I decided to search around and see if it was even possible to get a loan for a house. Not even a glimpse of hope for either of us but hey, what harm would trying do right? By our surprise I received a phone call from an out of state loan company that reached out for more information to see if I’m approved. I WAS! 🤯. A few house tours with Peter Buck and that was it for that company because, It wasn’t more than 1 month before No Regrets Double Check reached out to see if they can give me a better offer. Sure enough they did! Around this time Peter asked if I’d be ok with having Tracey Lewis help me out. Even though we had a great connection with Peter, I understood that he was very busy so we said no problem. Little did we know, she changed our lives forever. She helped us by walking us through the whole process start to finish and she helped to answer the 101 thousand questions I had. We toured about a dozen+ houses and applied for a few before finding the one that was meant to be. I’d have to say this was the greatest yet most challenging experience of my life yet I couldn’t have done it without Tracey Lewis.
