Rochelle helped us purchase our first home. We had gone through three realtors, all of whom we found to be untrustworthy. As soon as we met Rochelle, we knew that she was genuine. She went all over with us, and the day we found out house she actually had gone to see it on a whim! When it came time to move, we actually tried to work with a family connection. We were immediately disappointed at the lack of knowledge and low selling point the realtor gave (we had been reviewing the comps for years even prior to COVID numbers and knew this was not correct), and said to each other, “What are we doing? Why don’t we just call Rochelle!” She was able to help us sell the house for double what we initially paid. We can’t say enough about Rochelle. She is a joy to work with and so down to earth - a refreshing spirit needed during a stressful process - whether buying or selling.
