We were moving 250 mi away Tracy took the time to help us. We looked at many houses. She worked with us in our schedule. She met us whatever time was convenient for us and waited. Even though we had a drive 2 and 1/2 hours she was awesome. I would recommend her to anyone

Every property we visited Tracey was always there to greet me with her smile, her knowing her clients and the owners of the homes is always thought though of the buyers and seller's needs. Hi there, my partner and I were first time home buyers and we didn’t have a clue of what we were doing. Starting in Feb 2025, we knew that we needed more livable space as we had family of 6 from out of state who wanted to come visit us regularly. We had a small 2 bedroom apartment. From that point we knew we needed to move. We started out searching for bigger apartments or anything that would work as we thought because of our low credit scores, that’s what we were limited to. Out of the blue I decided to search around and see if it was even possible to get a loan for a house. Not even a glimpse of hope for either of us but hey, what harm would trying do right? A few house tours with Peter Buck and that was it for that company because, It wasn’t more than 1 month before No Regrets Double Check reached out to see if they can give me a better offer. Sure enough they did! Around this time Peter asked if I’d be ok with having Tracey Lewis help me out. Even though we had a great connection with Peter, I understood that he was very busy so we said no problem. Little did we know, she changed our lives forever. She helped us by walking us through the whole process start to finish and she helped to answer the 101 thousand questions I had. We toured about a dozen+ houses and applied for a few before finding the one that was meant to be. I’d have to say this was the greatest yet most challenging experience of my life yet I couldn’t have done it without Tracey Lewis. Thank you for being there till the end and helping us finalize the purchase of our new home. :)

Although the road to selling my former house was difficult due to personal circumstances, Tracey made it as easy as possible. Tracey was first and foremost a professional. She was caring, respectful, compassionate, and always available for my phone calls, emails, and texts. She listened to me and guided me through every step. She went beyond the tasks of a real estate agent. She lightened my burdens and exceeded the expectations I had.
