I have been working with Sarah Legg for well over 2 years and she knew exactly what I was not only wanting, but needing in my home purchase. We became friends in the process. She searches well outside her "area" to find the perfect homes for her clients. Sarah is honest and knowledgeable in the industry as well as in the history of the area and homes. She has a passion for historical homes (as do I) and knows what the cost to maintain these special homes and what will require a craftsman, not just a Joe blow. I felt at ease knowing the historical old homes I was looking at were not just falling Down old homes. Having met others at Kansas City Realty Services, I knew not only that I wanted to work with Sarah, but that she had a solid, knowledgeable, helpful team behind her, who all had my best interest in mind.
