She was able to identify potential issues older homes during our house hunt and she had an extensive network of contractors that she linked us with after our purchase. She was very diligent when it came to the contract negotiations and she kept us informed daily on all of the steps we needed to take once we were under contract. Sarah is the exactly the type of realtor you want in your corner in the housing fight. She is a straight shooter that will get you what you want. With the crazy state of the market, we had no idea what to expect as first time homebuyers--- especially ones who wanted a coveted, historic home. Sarah reassured and supported us every step of the way, educating us in possible unforeseen holdups and making sure we had all the information to make informed decisions about the biggest, most stressful purchase of our lives. I have been working with Sarah Legg for well over 2 years and she knew exactly what I was not only wanting, but needing in my home purchase. We became friends in the process. She searches well outside her "area" to find the perfect homes for her clients. Sarah is honest and knowledgeable in the industry as well as in the history of the area and homes. She has a passion for historical homes (as do I) and knows what the cost to maintain these special homes and what will require a craftsman, not just a Joe blow. I felt at ease knowing the historical old homes I was looking at were not just falling Down old homes. Having met others at Kansas City Realty Services, I knew not only that I wanted to work with Sarah, but that she had a solid, knowledgeable, helpful team behind her, who all had my best interest in mind.

Jackson is excellent! Highly recommend to any home buyer. I was a first time homebuyer. He walked me through the process and was very informative and easy to talk to. Made the home buying process less terrifying!
