Sarah was awesome! We sought her out due to her knowledge and experience with historic homes and renovations. She was able to identify potential issues older homes during our house hunt and she had an extensive network of contractors that she linked us with after our purchase. She was very diligent when it came to the contract negotiations and she kept us informed daily on all of the steps we needed to take once we were under contract.
