Bria was beyond amazing. Her communication to us was absolutely incredible, always answered questions, calls, concerns and updates on the process as we moved along. She always made a point to meet us at houses we wanted to see and if she wasn’t able to make it she sent someone to meet us, or offered another time as close as she could. Very patient, kind, respectful. You can be honest with her and let her know what you want and don’t want. She has been the best to work with and will definitely be the realtor we stay with for years to come. She also was so easy to work with and made things simple and understandable (first time home buyer lol) not only was she a good realtor but she quickly became a good friend as she helped us buy our first home for our babies. Loved working with her 100 percent.

Craig is the MOST deserving of 5,000 stars. I do not like fluff. Craig was direct, personable and reasonable. For 2.5 years he answered & addressed EVERY question/concern, processed our thoughts and potential needs. Craig attempted to keep my nerves at bay as he guided how the processes worked, advocated for what we wanted, and pushed us to think outside the box. His consistency and assurance of our needs made me feel safe that we chose the right relator. Further, we built a quirky, fun relationship and made us feel at home.

I had a wonderful experience with Lem. He was always on top of things throughout the entire process. He communicated between the bank and other realtor and myself. He overall got the job done and remain calm even through trying times in the process. He was very knowledgeable of the market and how things overall worked. Also he was able to talk the seller down 20,000.00 under the asking price which I felt was amazing! I just want to personally thank him for helping me find my dream home and I would highly recommend!
