After a loved one passes, this is the lady to call! I was lost and Kelli held my hand through the entire process. When I didn't understand verbiage of contracts, Kelli Chabot took time to answer my questions until I understood. Her negotiation skills were for my sale. She made sure I was not taken advantage of by buyers. I always knew when prospective clients were coming and going out of my property. She gave me respect in the end when I needed time to grieve in the house before closing. At the closing signing she was by my side and allowed me to cry and smile at the same time.
