She kept us updated each atwp and coaches on best things to do to help our house sell faster. She kept circulating posts about our house, featuring different desirable aspects. I've recommended her to sevwral friends who are considering listing their homes.

Jake McGuire recently sold a house for me in Lees Summit. He's one of the most positive, knowledgeable, honest and trust worthy agents I've ever worked with. Jake quickly posted a nice sign in my yard and did a fantastic job with the marketing. Within a few days he brought me multiple offers above my asking price. I also purchased a new house through him. I never felt obligated or pressured to make a decision with him. I highly recommend Jake McGuire to anyone needing a to buy or sell a house!

Very attentive and anticipates needs.

Sue was amazing always keeping in touch with my Mom, And visiting with my mom explaining the process and the steps that needed to be done. She’s very patient with the elderly and we were blessed to have her 😇
