Torrey from the beginning was excellent in selling of the house. He did a walk through to advise us on house repairs and refreshing for the selling of the house. He brought in photographers that took great pictures. He posted the house and we received a contract in seven days. We were instructed on the Torrey applied all contract protocols, and helped us to followed them closely. Torrey gave us outstanding advice on how to fulfil the buyers contracted requests.
