My husband and I were tasked with selling two houses in order to purchase our dream home with land. It was not easy at all, but Lin, as always, was in touch and on top of it all and navigated us through every steps. Lin is very professional, knowledgeable, and gracious. We have used her for 3 sales and 3 purchases and I would not ever consider using anyone else anyone else besides Lin Van Meter. Hopefully this is our happily ever after home and we will not need Lin's expertise in the future, but we look forward to referring friends and family her way.

Izma was such a pleasure to work with. My wife and I worked with her to purchase our first home and we would have chosen Izma again 10 times out of 10. What I found most valuable was Izma’s knowledge of the market as well as her gentle attitude toward buying a home. She was always prepared at showings with comps and answers to our questions. If she didn’t have an answer she would get back to us promptly.
