Rob listened to our list of desires and tirelessly presented options and marathoned viewing appointments with us until we found the perfect home. Rob advocated for us while negotiating with the seller, and he sprayed for bugs and identified the trees and plants in our yard once the home was ours. My husband and I were tasked with selling two houses in order to purchase our dream home with land. She was able to identify potential issues older homes during our house hunt and she had an extensive network of contractors that she linked us with after our purchase.
