Sarah was awesome! We sought her out due to her knowledge and experience with historic homes and renovations. She was able to identify potential issues older homes during our house hunt and she had an extensive network of contractors that she linked us with after our purchase. She was very diligent when it came to the contract negotiations and she kept us informed daily on all of the steps we needed to take once we were under contract. Hired Paula Voss within 5 minutes of interviewing her. Walked me through the whole process, including what buyers feedback was going to be, what they were going to ask for, and history of competitive houses on the market. Plus, I could tell this woman was going to simply get things done! And I was right. Hired on a Wednesday and had 4 offers over asking price by Sunday - how outstanding is that?!?! I almost never called her with questions about what was happening with the process ... because she called me first. Communication was exemplary from the first meeting through closing. I simply couldn't have asked for more from a seller's agent.

The title holds high praises but I promise Aime is worth your trust. I found her online and she was quick to contact me. She set-up a meeting location to meet in person. She wasn't solely focused on business but wanted to get to know me. What I likes most is you work directly with her and not a team. When you pick her, you get her. Aime was very personal throughout the process of looking at quite a few homes. With each house we looked at, Aime got an idea of what I was looking for. After about a half dozen, we found the one. She got to the last house before me. When I got there, she walked outside and said something to the effect of "I better be okay without as much land" as that is what I was looking at prior to my last. What I got from that is she knew I would love the house I chose even though it was a complete 180 from what I was looking for prior. With that being said, Aime explain everything thoroughly and makes certain you understand every step. She stays in touch and is always up for a last minute showing. You will not be disappointed with going with Aime. I will be recommending her to any of my friends/family.
