I’ve known Cherie since 2019. She is very friendly and understandable. She really does advocate for what is the best interest for you. She is very consistent; she is always available to immediately take action to meet and show you a property. Cherie has excellent communication. She immediately responds to txts and calls. She is very quick to reach out to the selling or buying realtor to gain feedback that is vital information in the real estate process. The purchase she was helping me with this time was a property that needs special financing. I was running in to dead ends with typical home mortgage companies. She put me in touch with a financial institution that made the deal happen and made the process super easy. All thanks to Cherie, I now have my dream property.
