I was driving back from New Orleans, that house didn’t work. Called my agent in Mississippi to let her know I was still looking. Brenda was a pleasure to work with during our entire process of searching, building and buying our home. Thru her connections she found us a great deal to build a new home and was amazing throughout our entire building process. She made sure any questions or needs we had were met right away. Excellent communication going back and forth! She made sure no questions went unanswered, even between us and the builders, and reached out to the builder/seller for us when any issues arrived. Any time we had to meet, mostly "after hours" due to my husband and I working full time-she was available and made time for us according to our schedule which was greatly appreciated! Then she really fought for us at the end when it came down to some unexpected charges from the sellers and made sure we were treated fairly and charged properly. We were lucky to have her on our side! Also want to mention anytime we had questions she was only a phone call or TEXT away- this day and age it was very convenient being able to send her a text when we had questions and getting an immediate response! Update: Even after the sale she is still following up for any questions or issues we have and making sure we are completely satisfied! Really goes above and beyond for her clients.
