I know plenty of people who do real estate. When my wife said she would ONLY use Kimberly to sell our home, I was skeptical what difference it really makes. Color me shocked when we followed her simple advice on how to price our home what to do to prep for showing, and then received multiple offers within the first 2 weeks of having the property listed! We ended up going under contract for MORE than our asking price before ever even putting a sign in the yard (meanwhile multiple other homes in the neighborhood have languished on the market weeks and months before and since). The personal help and advice leading into closing truly set her apart as someone that cares and is fully committed throughout the process. Kimberly was such an advocate for us as a seller and a buyer from the moment we reached out to her. She listened to our goals and she helped us meet them far quicker than we could have imagined. She was always patient with all of our questions and it’s obvious how much knowledge she has about the market. She was realistic with us about what steps we needed to take and she encouraged us along the way. Selling and/or buying can be stressful but she and her team brought peace and ease to the whole process. My biggest take away was that she wanted to see US be successful in what we were wanting to achieve. It felt more like we had a friend and advocate helping us rather than an agent representing us. I just can’t say enough good things about her knowledge, her integrity, her professionalism, or my gratitude for her and her whole team!

Kimberly Wilson is truly awesome in every way! I have been overwhelmed by how much she goes above and beyond. When I talked to anybody along this journey that dealt with her, such as a third party in another state, they all had great things to say about her and the title company representatives especially gushed about Kimberly. She is an important part of the community because of her intelligence, strong ethics, positivity, and how much care she gives to everything she does. We ended up with more than we thought we'd get after closing, and that is because of the wisdom of real estate that Kimberly has.
