Kimberly is a pleasure to work with.

Kimberly is always very responsive to my needs and quickly responds when i have questions. She was always willing to go out of her way to coordinate house visits and provide guidance when making decisions. When I first moved to Mississippi in 2019, Kimberly helped me find my house. Wow- The difference a REAL agent makes.

I know plenty of people who do real estate. When my wife said she would ONLY use Kimberly to sell our home, I was skeptical what difference it really makes. Color me shocked when we followed her simple advice on how to price our home what to do to prep for showing, and then received multiple offers within the first 2 weeks of having the property listed! We ended up going under contract for MORE than our asking price before ever even putting a sign in the yard (meanwhile multiple other homes in the neighborhood have languished on the market weeks and months before and since). The personal help and advice leading into closing truly set her apart as someone that cares and is fully committed throughout the process.
