The professionalism and attention to the customer, keeping communication active and engaging, knowing the right course of action to produce what the customer needs. Our family is so happy to have engaged both in the purchasing and selling of our property, Maria and Mathew are outstanding agents that will keep your mind at a peace all the time, treating you almost like family.

I worked with Matthew Cazalas as a transaction broker during my purchase of vacant land. He was professional and handled the paperwork and processes as expected. He also assisted in obtaining important documents, like the survey from the seller, which helped keep things moving smoothly. Communication was decent and he ultimately got the job done. If you’re looking for someone who will manage the transaction without a lot of extra hand-holding or marketing push, he’s a solid choice.

He communicates very well. Did a great job.

She was on top of everything and also great communication was very patient with me as I am a first time homebuyer and she was just absolutely amazing I would definitely recommend to any homebuyer so everything goes smoothly as it did with me!

We had several realtors that gave us a hard time in selling our land and lost out on time with them. We were very careful on who we chose next and Vina was the one we decided to go with. She knows the Irvington/mobile area very well and is well connected. She is extremely prompt when it comes to communication. We would utilise her skills again for our next real estate needs. Thanks for your kindness and being easy to work with!

Vina is the absolute best!! Everything was smooth from the very beginning to the end. I appreciate you!

Her customer service skills made her stand out. We connected immediately and decided to sign with her the same day. She has a strong desire to help relocaters find the right home. She took the time to do several video walk throughs and even showed us the surrounding area. She was an excellent communiter and always responds in a timely and informative manner. I felt she had our backs from the begining especially when a deal fell through no fault of ours and she decided to come back from her time off to get us a new home. That next day we were under contract again which was extremely important as our home had already went under contract. She works well under pressure and knows what is important. She is familiar with the area and has suggested several different options from workers to furniture stores and restaurants. We hope to keep in touch with her. She is a great resource!

Sharlotte is a great realtor! She is very knowledgeable and dedicated to helping her clients find a nice home. If you're looking for a knowledgeable realtor I highly recommend Sharlotte Wilson!

Very easy to work with!! She was always very prompt with communication. Phone call, text or email all of the line of communication were always open regardless of what time it was! Even after closing she still went above and beyond to answer questions! Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable!!!
