It’s helpful to have someone that knows these properties in Edina so well. She helped by bringing an inspector that found important issues to resolve. It was a house that needed a lot of work and she negotiated to get us enough money to fix those items. She was very hands on during the whole process I would highly recommend her and I would use her again

Tracy is very organized, always made us feel like her most important clients and she is excellent at negotiating. She was always available to show homes which was important because the market was very competitive at the time we were searching for homes. Tracy's knowledge and ability to get answers immediately was key to finding our perfect home. She was always on our side and fought for us to get the best house at the right price.
